i've tried out fedora before, its pretty good and had a LOT of features but i find it harder to use than ubuntu

No not yet. I had to install it in my IT class and for one of my teacher so now I dual boot with it and am starting to like it more (:

thats good to hear, i used to dual boot and loved ubuntu for when i was working on websites.

Loving KDE 4.1.. Buggy but thats expected.. looking forward to the next version of fedora.. Fedora 10 released in 15 days and counting.. |

Preliminary report.
OpenSUSE 11 - liveCD (KDE) easy to run. Installs without problem. Detects all hardware especially soundcard and ethernet card. PCLinuxOS 2007 - liveCD easy to run. Cannot install successfully from liveCD. Seem to like it's layout but need to get used to the menu. fedora9- still not running the liveCD. downloading with problems still. ubuntu - still my fav but still no sound
