PageRank Error??? What is Happening?

Hallo guys,

Just wanted to know if any of you have experienced this weird problem before.

One of my sites http://www.mywritersguild.com (some of you should have seen this site before) is showing me a PageRank of 5 on my Firefox PageRank Add-on. This is quite surprising (and seems too good to be true) because I have yet to do a lot of SEO on the site.

I was doubtful about the PageRank number showing on my Firefox Add-on so I checked it with some Online PageRank checkers, such as:-
http://www.checkpagerank.com
http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/pagerank-lookup
And they all show a PageRank of 0.

I shut down my firefox browser and clear my cache and restarted the browser and yet, it is still showing a PageRank of 5 when I browse to http://www.mywritersguild.com

What the h*ll is happening here? Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Any advice would be appreciated. If you also have a Google Toolbar installed on your computer, can you just do a quick check and let me know if I am dreaming about the PageRank 5.

It is probably just the Firefox add-on. Try re-installing it, or waiting for a newer version. Or, you can even try installing an older version of it (if Firefox will let you). I am just throwing ideas out here, who knows, maybe they might work

Google Toolbar is fool-proof for checking accurate pagerank

I see PR3 here too. Takes ages to jump to PR4 from the looks of it anyway. You currently have the same PR as these forums, not bad.
