Windows 7
About a month ago, I had installed the latest build of Windows 7. Roughly 3 days ago they released build 7100. I downloaded the 64 bit version, when updating from my previous install, It would freeze when expanding files. It would also freeze when I would try a fresh install at the exact same point. My question is, could it just be the build going against my hardware and what have you? I couldn't figure it out anyway, which led me back to the previous build.

RE: Windows 7
It might be the package that you downloaded or it could be a problem with the 64bit version and your hardware. I would wait until it goes Gold before using it.

Yeah, my guess was a conflict with hardware. Thank you kindly sir.

RE: Windows 7
a fresh install may also help, they always reccomend a fresh install between pre-release versions but there not always needed.
