Virus Help

idk what the virus name is but let me tell you what it has. it says fag at the bottom right next to my time. when i click anyprogram it says This operation has been cancelled due to redtrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

im not on the main user by the way. but i have admin rights.
