Download embedded media software

Could someone please suggest to me a good software which would be able to download embedded media such as audio and video from sites such as youtube.com,youki,tudou and other sites such as these: http://www.ubdy.com/play/20.htm?10607036&uid=1275320961 and http://www.bloomberg.com/avp/avp.htm?N=a...HrYlDI.asf

Sometimes,Keepvid would not be able to detect the embedded video.Could you explain this or suggest a better solution please?

I have a problem here.I'm using Firefox 3.0.4 The add-on is not compatible with my version of firefox.

By the way,I've also heard of downloadhelper.It is not much of a help.Especially in the case of http://www.bloomberg.com/avp/avp.htm?N=a...HrYlDI.asf Replay Media Catcher is one solution but it is a shareware.Could you please help?

Can it download asf videos as well? Here's one example: http://www.bloomberg.com/avp/avp.htm?N=a...HrYlDI.asf and do all embedded video use the flv format?By the way,I would also like to ask,how to I download embedded audio?
