it moved the website from the worst hosting i've ever used in my life to HostKube's UK server.

Sure does load faster here in the UK and load times elsewhere seem unafected so at least thats better than being made worse.

The website kept going offline due to the datacenter not keeping on top of their ISP and power bills

HIGHLY UNRECCOMENDED! no services of ours are hosted there anymore. Biggest failing service was DNS and mail server with no settings changed at all on the VPS
