Nice! Reminds me of some of Digital Blasphemy's space stuff, which are my favorite ones to date.

RE: Untitled. New from ClarkiiDesigns lol
I don't really like the star being too bright. Maybe you could soften the way it shines yet still exudes the same amount of brightness. As the sudden introduction of the star shining in a sharp manner really did spoil the whole atmosphere of a quiet galaxy as galaxies are what i thought or maybe what people thought would be a 'quiet vastless space of the universe'.

To some images i found of an ideal bright line shining would be this (it's a star explosion i guess): http://www.art.eonworks.com/gallery/spac...308-SM.jpg
Oh and i think maybe the trick would be a bright glow to a dimmer glowing light with some mist from stardusts.

All the best to Clarkii and his new site! -Hopes to see some new stuff-

Thanks Mates,
Gabbo

RE: Untitled. New from ClarkiiDesigns lol
not all start are like ours lol and this one could be a red giant, allowing planets to orbit so close to it and habour life Tongue lol, and really i wasnt going for the whole realisitc look lol, i wanted to keep the detail of the nebula and the planets, which took a long time, to just paste over a over baring start that takes over the entire image,

the main focal point is the largest planet, this piece then flows to the left, to the nebula. you see, as i have learnt having to many focal points can ruin a piece lol
