I think there has been legal issues against this which have stalled it from being in the masses for a while though.

yh thats what it all goes down to,

the same law that is our last battle against anti-piracy organisations having free access to access logs from our ISPs, as has been shown over the last few months that anti piracy organisations are darker than they appear.
