Well, i came across a thread on another online community and it was a debate on a website called Hey!Spread. More details given below with the original thread in quotes:

The idea is simply to use your treasury, money putted aside from revenues from advertisements, into this service. Start on a few video tutorials found in our section and see what results it yields before moving on. If it works, continue using it moderately

(I dont trust things like that because it will probably be under their user credentials making it their property + its free)
