Hey its that time again, and its almost that time again too, because its Christmas soon yay!

So Whats Happened, Happening And Will Happen So Far..

New Members
Over the past few weeks we've seen a great increase in the activity of our forums, due to two new members OAPownage and Beedle'R'us, these two new members have a non-stop posting fit and i dont see them slowing for a while. - great work guys...
and as OAPownage said in the shoutbox "random, you guys are, this forum rules, need more on console gaming though" and we'll hope to see you for days maybe weeks to come

Christmas Layouts On Its Way
It is true the layout wont be long as soon as I get a few jobs cleared out the way (shouldn't be long) I'll be getting on with it, be set for snow, holly and mistletoe.. yes Mistletoe , making this Christmas at Byteforums a special one.

Yes as we have recently found out, Byteforums.com has a Google PageRank™ of 3, the team here are now currently trying to rally the troops and call on recruits as we make the site even more known as it is today, maybe to rival Jinx.com and Zoomcities itself, and also this can be you the peeps of byte's job to help us in that quest.

First Byte Review
Yup, Byteforums has had its First Review, and its turned out to be a good one, and seems that everything is well and good, Could only have been done with your help (yes you.. )

Without these guys the forums would be a dull and Uneventful place on the internet. Yet another interesting fact is that the ranking system we used to find the top 5 didnt even have any of the staff on. Showing that the members are more active than us! (according to posts)

Whats Coming Your Way

Overall, December right at this point is relatively hard for us to plan according to development.

Nothing at this time is completely definite so just dont get your hopes up or start complaining yet... we're only in planning procedures and seeing what you guys as a whole want.

1) The portal idea by progogre shown here is an idea which may move this community away from the standard posts and topics. It would separate posts from tutorials and may eventually be seen as a decent knowledge base.

2) Member of the Month! yes, you dont have to be a genius to figure this one out. This idea however may be quite soon depending on what rewards we do decide to give out. We really do believe that you lot should be recognized for your amazing activity on this site and until we can get some income coming in, cash unfortunately isnt an option (but may be in the future ;D)

3) Member Screenshot (just thought of) could also be an option where members can show off their best screenshots whether in-game or just of their sexy desktops! Graphics + Text = love. Apparently.

If you recorded Clarkii's laugh it and played it backwards it would play "subway subway subway subway subway subway ..."

Way to go Byteforums! Wish you all the best on your growth! I am not sure if i'll have the time and commitment to help out on advertising Byteforums. However, i can help to generate some ideas on these Good job with the newsletter there, clarkii!
