Cool What? Suggestions Please!
Well, i have a problem up here! Geeks, please help me out. The problem is mainly about selecting an application to edit PHP and (My)SQL codes. Some main features i would like is that it would load up something and show me the output of my coding. (It's alright if this feature is left out)

Secondly, is Multiboot illegal? I heard it was from elsewhere :o Reason is that i want to multiboot Vista (personal use) and Ubuntu (Birdie recommended it, Server-side) Anyway, thanks to da geeks here for helping out.

RE: What? Suggestions Please!
I didnt recommend ubuntu as a server Tongue. I'd go fedora for that. Course its legal anyway.

Like i said before:

PhpMyAdmin is best for editing Mysql data. Just upload the script from their site, edit the login details and you have full access to it.

Dreamweaver is what i use for editing PHP (mainly out of tradition) but Notepad++ or something is what others might use?

RE: What? Suggestions Please!
Firstly:
PHP Designer 2007 is good, but doesn't have a preview function. the best way would be to have a HTTP server set up on your own system so that you can just move the php files to a folder and preview them in a browser. WAMP is good, it installs a http server (apache) along with mysql, PHP and some mysql admin scripts like phpmyadmin and configures them all to work together.

As far as i know multiboot is NOT illegal, i use Ubuntu and XP together on a multiboot system.
i'm sure its not illegal aslong as your not using one to access restricted sections of the other.

RE: What? Suggestions Please!
Thanks for your advice guys. But i have the installation CD for PHP 5, Apache and MySQL except it's getting harder as i'll have to setup the custom ini file? Not sure about that part. I'll still use both Wamp and my ownselfed' installed apache (heh, i gotta use what i've learnt) Tongue thanks guys once again.
