Well, i have a friend who uses UK Paypal and he is underage. Is it illegal to do so and going ahead on having a Paypal account in the UK? This is prolly because i asked over at some UK law forums, and no reply has been given yet enough.

If it's illegal, i will go all ahead, reporting this issue to paypal and ask this to be brought forward to other payment services. This is also because i am underage and i haven't any account. I want to have one, but i am afraid. Please take your sentences responsible.

Also, its the WWW. You have no idea where i live and all of this information is confidential of Paypal. You have no right to be included in this. Meaning, you'll end up worse than the "illegal account user".

Furthermore, you are underage yourself to go to court.
