What browser do you use?

What browser do you use?
I'm currently using Opera now. I've been using Firefox up till now, but Opera is faster and more streamlined. I'll compare again when FF3 and Opera 9.5 comes out.

For a brief period of time about a year ago I used K-Melon, but I quickly strayed from that!

RE: What browser do you use?
I'm on an xp machine because I am too lazy to mess around with things to install and configure linux. Had computer taken away for 6 months and upon getting it back I just went with what was on there. I'm just going to buy a new one...

I was using firefox, but I am a 10+ tab kind of guy. Firefox would freeze constantly so I started using IE. That was even worse. I tried safari for xp and that was total hell! Imagine using Itunes to browse the web... On a nice quality machine that would just pwn. But with my hardware restrictions I couldn't handle it.

I am currently using Opera 9.10 and loving it. I recently discovered widgets for opera and I can't get enough! They are little browser powered apps and they come in all flavors. My favorite one is the "Temporary Inbox" widget. You set it up, generate a random email address and use it for a it. It has it's uses, mine is doing 'get-paid-to' offers. I just send them to that and save myself some spam!

But overal I really like Opera. It kind of resembles konkeruer (don't care how it's spelt) but it works better. Konk is nice but as far as web browsing goes it is not quite up to date. Opera works for most things, I find a few errors but I can set it to be reconized as Firefox or IE and that solves many problems.

Too bad Moola.com doesn't work on it though

RE: What browser do you use?
I used to use AOL, that lasted for a LONG time... Sad

I had AOL dial-up for a very long time, thats when I didn't even know what a forum was ^^ After a year or so of torture, my mom decided it was time to get something faster. Broadband Smile I had a nice PC, and still do, but once I get old enough to get a job (that is, once I turn 16, and my mom lets me actually do stuff) I am going to buy a new computer. My friend Josh already earned $1000! I can't wait to see HIS new computer... it'll pwn.

I got Comcast (http://www.comcast.net) and it's pretty nice. It's the only fast Internet connection I have ever had, and the second Internet connection in total I have ever had as well. It's comcastic so far Tongue I used Internet Explorer for quite some time, then p99 came over to my house once, and was like "WTF IE = shit, FF = pwn". He then hooked me up with Firefox, because he said it was better in general. I really didn't beleive him for awhile, then I really noticed the difference Wink

I tried Opera... it's fast, nice, but I've been using Firefox far too long to switch. I got so used to it... I love it. I never was really even into computers until I met p99... so if it wasn't for him, I probably would not be the geek I am today Smile

Haha I remember that. We did have some fun on AOL did we not?

I give credit to the anarchist cookbook for becoming interested in hacking, and further more to jinx for my deep nerdness and bit of geeky touchups. ;-]

RE: What browser do you use?
There are cool skins, add-ons, plugins, etc.

Also, IE isn't all the safe. There are tons of exploits that target IE specifically.
